For customized samples, unique designs, or items not currently in stock, a sample fee of up to $60 USD per piece may apply. This helps us cover the setup and development costs for creating something tailored specifically to your needs.

Production timelines depend on the product and the total quantity ordered.
Once we receive your upfront payment, our standard lead time is 35 to 40 days. This includes production, quality control, and preparation for shipment.

We split payments into an upfront deposit and a final balance to make the process manageable for our clients.
For sample orders: We accept PayPal for your convenience.
For commercial bulk orders: We accept SWIFT transfers and Wire Transfers. A 50% upfront payment is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipment.

Yes, absolutely. We offer two primary methods for adding your logo to our packaging:
Laser engraving: Provides a premium, permanent, and elegant finish. Pricing depends on the level of detail and specifications required.
Screen printing: Available in up to two colors at a rate of $0.065 USD per color, per piece. This is a cost-effective option for vibrant, visible branding.

To ensure the highest quality reproduction of your logo and branding, we require vector files created in Adobe Illustrator (AI format) .
We cannot accept raster or low-resolution formats such as:

Yes, we offer both. Here is the difference:
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): This is a service. You provide the core components (such as glass bottles or plastic containers) and the design specifications. We provide the bamboo components, handle the assembly, and deliver a finished product that combines your elements with our bamboo craftsmanship.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): This is a product. You select items from our existing wholesale collection—designs that our research and development team has already created. These require minimal to no modifications, allowing for faster turnaround and lower setup costs.

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, we will replace it—no questions asked.
Simply provide us with clear photographic proof of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement. Typically, replacements are shipped along with your next order to minimize logistics costs and hassle.
