Our Story

My story with Greenly didn’t start in a factory. It started on a beach. I was taking a walk, trying to clear my head, when I found a beautiful, high-end lipstick tube washed up among the seaweed. It was a tiny piece of trash, but it represented millions of tons of a much larger problem: the cosmetic industry’s reliance on eternal plastic.

I knew there had to be a better way. I’d seen the strength and beauty of bamboo in my travels and realized it wasn’t just an alternative—it was the ideal material. It could offer the durability and elegance luxury brands need, without the centuries of pollution. I gathered a team of designers and material specialists who shared this obsession, and Greenly was born.
